Planning & Specifications
We finalize all specifications including cabinet configurations, worktop dimensions, appliance positions, electrical socket locations, and plumbing requirements. Our team creates detailed technical drawings for tradespeople. We order all materials, ensuring delivery is scheduled to match the installation timeline. Building Regulations applications are submitted if structural work is required.
Preparation & Removal
Our team removes your existing kitchen units, worktops, and appliances with minimal disruption. We disconnect plumbing and electrical services safely. Walls are prepared by removing old tiles, filling holes, and plastering where needed. We protect floors and adjacent rooms with dust sheets and barriers. Any structural alterations such as removing walls or creating openings are completed at this stage.
Installation & Fit-Out
Electricians and plumbers complete first-fix work, installing new cables, sockets, water supplies, and drainage. Base and wall units are precisely fitted and leveled. Worktops are templated, cut, and installed with perfect joints. Appliances are integrated and connected. Tiling and flooring are completed. Second-fix electrical work includes fitting sockets, lights, and connecting appliances.
Final Inspection & Handover
We conduct a thorough quality inspection, checking all cabinet alignments, worktop joints, appliance operation, plumbing connections, and electrical installations. Any minor adjustments or touch-ups are completed. We clean the entire kitchen and remove all packaging and waste.
